Results Library: SEO and PPC Case Studies With Real Numbers

Most agency case studies say a client "grew significantly" and leave it there. That tells you nothing about whether the same work would help your business. This results library does the opposite: every figure below comes from the client's own Search Console or Google Ads account, over a stated period, with a link to the full case study so you can check the detail yourself.
It brings together the numbered results from Invisio Solutions' SEO case studies and paid search case studies across healthcare, ecommerce, SaaS and real estate. For the full portfolio, including web design and branding projects, see our results page.

How are these results measured?
In these SEO case studies, each figure comes from the client's own Google Search Console data over a dated window, usually 181 days from 25 January 2026 to 24 July 2026, compared with the 181 days before. Paid search figures come from the client's Google Ads account over the months the campaigns ran. Authority metrics come from Ahrefs and carry the date they were taken.
It helps to know what the Search Console terms mean. According to Google's Search Console Help documentation, an impression means a user has seen, or potentially seen, a link to your site in Search, and a click is counted when someone follows a link from Google to your site. Average position is the topmost position a link to your site held in results, averaged across queries, so a lower number is better: moving from 40 to 20 means moving up the page.
Two caveats apply to every result here. First, they describe what happened for these clients in their markets; they are not a forecast for yours. Second, longer windows are more reliable than short ones, which is why most SEO figures use six months rather than one.
What do these SEO case studies show?
Across the healthcare, SaaS, ecommerce and real estate projects below, the common pattern is a large rise in search impressions followed by a smaller, steadier rise in clicks, as average positions move from the third or fourth page of results towards the first. The biggest gains came where the site was rebuilt or restructured before ongoing SEO began.

What do the PPC case studies show?
The two Google Ads projects below were judged on sales and leads, not clicks. In both, every conversion was tracked back to the campaign, which is what made it possible to cut spend where it was wasted and push it where it paid. Our PPC services follow the same approach.
Pets On Point: 15.6x return on ad spend for a UK pet store

Carnegie Debate: 505 leads at $23.69 each for an education provider

Average cost per lead: $23.69, with December 2023 the cheapest month at under $13 per lead.

What do the website builds contribute to these results?
In most of the projects above, a new or rebuilt website came first. That is not a coincidence. A site that loads quickly, has a clear structure and tracks conversions properly gives both SEO and paid campaigns something to work with. Pets On Point and Carnegie Debate could only be optimised for sales and leads because the builds tracked them from day one.
Sprinterra, a US software consultancy, is a good example of a rebuild solving a problem marketing could not. After more than eight months with two previous developers, the client had no working site. Invisio Solutions delivered the first rebuilt version within about two weeks, and the case study reports sub-one-second load times after the homepage video was compressed, hosted externally and lazy-loaded. Read the Sprinterra case study, or see our web development services.
How should you read SEO case studies from any agency?
Use these checks on any SEO case studies you read, including ours:
Look for a dated window. "Traffic tripled" means little without the start and end dates and the comparison period.
Check the source. Search Console and ad account data are first-party. Screenshots of third-party tool estimates are not the same thing.
Separate impressions from clicks. Impressions often rise faster than clicks. Both matter, but clicks and leads are closer to revenue.
Ask what was done. A result without a description of the work cannot tell you whether the same approach suits your site.
Compare like with like. A local clinic, a niche B2B software firm and a national store will see very different numbers from similar work.
Be wary of guarantees. No honest agency can guarantee rankings, and the results above describe outcomes, not promises.

How quickly do results like these show up?
It varies by starting point and market, which is why we report six-month windows rather than headline months. Paid search can produce leads quickly: Carnegie Debate's first leads arrived on the second day of the campaign. SEO builds more slowly, with impressions usually moving before clicks and leads follow as positions improve. For a realistic view of SEO timelines, see our SEO services page.
