How we tackled it
Invisio Solutions partnered with Sprinterra to rebuild their website, resolve critical technical issues, and establish a scalable foundation for future growth.
Sprinterra approached us after working with two previous developers who were unable to deliver a functional WordPress website. After more than eight months, the client was left with two incomplete websites that suffered from loading and performance issues.
We took over the project and rebuilt the website properly from the ground up. Within approximately two weeks, an initial version was delivered for review. The client was highly satisfied with the results and subsequently extended our engagement to include rebuilding their custom proposal generator, a bespoke JavaScript-based tool used internally for sales proposals.
From Build to Growth
Following the successful completion of the website rebuild and supporting tools, Sprinterra expanded the partnership to include SEO and lead generation services. With a stable, high-performing website in place, the focus shifted to increasing visibility for priority service areas and generating qualified inbound and outbound opportunities. This next phase was designed to support consistent new client acquisition by targeting high-intent search terms and reaching decision-makers at relevant organizations across the USA and Europe.
Performance optimization presented a challenge because the client required a large background video on the homepage. The video was compressed without losing visual quality, hosted externally and lazy-loaded so it only arrives after the primary content.
While the video prevented a full A-grade score, the website still achieves fast real-world performance with sub-one-second load times.
In addition to web development and digital marketing, Invisio Solutions also creates professionally designed presentations tailored for sales, workshops, internal training, and executive communication. We work closely with clients to structure content clearly, refine messaging, and design visually engaging slides that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
Our presentation work combines strong visual design with logical storytelling, ensuring materials are not only visually polished but also easy to follow and persuasive. With the new website in place, SEO was launched from scratch based on Sprinterra’s priority keywords, with a primary focus on software development for banks and Acumatica-related services. Early SEO results demonstrated strong progress within the first six months.
Sprinterra has achieved strong first-page rankings for key Acumatica and ERP-related search terms, with multiple keywords showing upward movement into top 5 and top 10 positions. This reflects increasing search visibility for high-intent, enterprise-focused queries.
ANalytics performance
Recent analytics show strong, sustained growth across all core metrics. The website recorded 9,100+ active users, a 226% increase, alongside 8,900+ new users, up 237.6%, highlighting a significant expansion in reach. Engagement also rose sharply, with 43,000+ events recorded (+164.4%) and 9,900+ sessions, an 184.6% increase, reflecting higher activity and repeat interaction across the site. Together, these results demonstrate increased visibility, stronger engagement, and growing momentum following the website rebuild and ongoing optimization efforts.
We delivered high-quality B2B leads for Sprinterra by targeting senior decision-makers at relevant companies in the USA and Europe. Leads were qualified using a scoring framework based on role, industry, company size, and location, resulting in a steady flow of qualified leads and calls, while respecting client confidentiality.
