What the project delivered
We built the store and launched it in under a month, then ran its Google Ads for ten months. The ads turned £7,073 of spend into 2,151 orders worth £110,605.

Invisio Solutions partnered with Pets On Point to build the brand and digital platform from the ground up.
Branding & Logo Design
Pets On Point approached Invisio Solutions at the very start of their journey. Following several discovery meetings to fully understand the brand vision and business goals, we began with logo design and brand development. This included logo creation, color palette selection, and typography, establishing a clear and consistent visual identity for the brand.

Once the branding was finalised, we moved into the website design phase. Although the project allowed for unlimited design revisions, the initial design was approved immediately, reflecting strong alignment between the client’s vision and the proposed layout.
We then developed the full e-commerce website, importing approximately 10,000 products and building bespoke landing pages, shop functionality, cart, and customer account areas.
Google Ads Results
With the store live, we ran Pets On Point's Google Ads from July 2023 to April 2024. Shopping campaigns came first, then Performance Max campaigns split by pet category (dogs, horses, birds), plus competitor and dynamic remarketing campaigns. Every order was tracked as a purchase with its basket value, so each campaign was judged on sales rather than clicks.
Over ten months the account spent £7,073 and recorded 2,151 orders worth £110,605: £15.64 in sales for every £1 spent, at an average ad cost of £3.29 per order. The best month was August 2023, with £20,249 in sales on £1,199 of spend. January 2024 returned 24 times its spend.
