The Challenge

Crinoa came to us needing more than just a website refresh. As a luxury real estate agency operating in one of Europe’s most competitive property markets, their digital presence needed to reflect the premium nature of their brand while handling the complex technical demands of a live property business.

The key challenges included:

Brand & Design: Crinoa needed a high-end, modern website design that conveyed luxury, trust, and professionalism — matching the calibre of properties they represent and the expectations of their international clientele.
Custom WordPress Development: The website required a fully bespoke WordPress build, with custom property listing templates, advanced search and filtering functionality, and a CMS structure that would allow the Crinoa team to manage listings and content without relying on a developer for every update.
Dual CRM Integration via Custom Plugin: The most technically demanding part of the project was connecting Crinoa's WordPress website to two separate property CRM systems — Inmobalia and Resales Online. Each platform uses its own API structure and data formatting, meaning a single off-the-shelf plugin could not handle both feeds simultaneously. We needed to build a custom WordPress plugin from scratch that could pull, sync, and unify property data from both CRMs in real time, ensuring that listings, pricing, availability, and property details remained accurate and up to date across the site without manual input from the team.

Our Approach

Website development & SEO/GEO Optimisation

We designed Crinoa’s website from the ground up with a luxury real estate audience in mind: clean, spacious layouts, high-quality property imagery, and a visual language that commands confidence and exclusivity. Built on WordPress with a custom Elementor theme and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), the site was engineered for both performance and long-term content flexibility.

Property listing pages were built with conversion in mind, featuring prominent contact CTAs, detailed specification layouts, and intuitive navigation that guides buyers from search to enquiry with minimal friction. The full site was optimised for mobile and desktop with breakpoints across all major screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience for Crinoa’s international audience browsing from any device.

Custom Dual CRM Plugin (Inmobalia & Resales Online)

The centrepiece of the technical build was a fully custom WordPress plugin developed specifically for Crinoa. The plugin was engineered to connect simultaneously to both the Inmobalia and Resales Online APIs, pulling live property data from each system, normalising the data structure, and populating listings across the website in real time.

Key capabilities of the custom plugin include:

Automated syncing of property listings, pricing, availability, images, and specifications from both CRM feeds
Unified data formatting that resolves the structural differences between the two platforms, presenting a consistent listing experience to site visitors
Background sync scheduling to keep listings up to date without manual intervention
Error handling and fallback logic to prevent broken listings in the event of API disruptions

The result is a website where Crinoa’s full inventory — spanning thousands of active listings — is always live, accurate, and managed entirely from within their existing CRM workflows, with zero duplicate data entry required.

The Brief - Original Website ( 2022)

Crinoa has approached us to take their business to the next level, in this case create a website for their agency. This task sounds easy at first, but they had a very unique request which is to connect their website to existing property CRM systems to automatically download and update property portfolios on their website.

We started our journey by first advising them about their company name and domain, as this is a crucial part for any online business. After a quick change of their name we designed their logo and provided them website design options.
