The Challenge

Building trust for a specialised mental health clinic. Village TMS required a professional website that clearly communicated its expertise in advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy. The website needed to establish credibility with patients seeking reliable and safe mental health treatment options.
Explaining complex medical treatments in a clear and accessible way. Treatments such as TMS involve advanced neuroscience and are often unfamiliar to many patients. The website needed to present these therapies in a simple, easy-to-understand format so visitors could quickly understand the treatment process, benefits, and whether they may be suitable candidates.
Generating a consistent flow of patient inquiries. In addition to providing information, the clinic required a digital strategy capable of generating consistent patient inquiries. This meant creating a website and marketing infrastructure capable of capturing leads through both organic search (SEO) and paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads.

Our Approach

To address these challenges, we designed and developed a structured healthcare website focused on clarity, authority, and patient conversion. The site architecture was built around the clinic’s core services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and ketamine-assisted therapy, allowing visitors to easily explore treatment options, conditions treated, and the science behind each therapy. By presenting complex medical information in a clear and reassuring way, the website helps patients better understand their options and builds trust in the clinic’s expertise.

Alongside the website development, we implemented a strong search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy to improve the clinic’s visibility for high-intent mental health treatment keywords. Service pages, informational resources, and treatment guides were optimised to rank in search engines for queries related to depression treatment, TMS therapy, and other mental health services. This organic strategy has helped the website consistently attract qualified visitors actively searching for treatment solutions.

In parallel, we launched targeted Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent keywords related to depression treatment and TMS therapy. By combining conversion-focused landing pages with carefully structured ad campaigns, we were able to drive highly relevant traffic to the website and convert visitors into patient inquiries.

As a result of this integrated website and marketing strategy, the project has successfully generated hundreds of patient leads through both organic search rankings and Google Ads campaigns, helping the clinic maintain a steady pipeline of consultation requests and new patients.
