AI Automation Agency for Work Your Team Repeats Every Week
We map the tasks your people do by hand, automate the ones where AI pays, and hand over a system you own. Written automation plan within 48 hours, no obligation.
- Hours lost to hand-offs
- Tools that do not talk to each other
- AI pilots that never shipped
Is your team paid to think, or to copy and paste?
Most businesses we meet already know which jobs eat the week: re-keying leads into the CRM, chasing invoices, answering the same twelve questions, sorting an inbox. An AI automation agency exists to take those jobs off people without breaking the process around them.
Hours lost to hand-offs
A lead arrives by form, gets copied into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, then into an email. Every hop is a chance to lose it, and every hop is someone's time.
Tools that do not talk to each other
The booking system, the accounts package and the email platform each hold a piece of the customer. Nobody has the whole picture, so reporting is a Friday afternoon job.
AI pilots that never shipped
Someone tried a chatbot or a ChatGPT prompt, it worked in a demo, and it never made it into the daily process because nobody owned the plumbing.
What an AI automation agency actually builds
An AI automation agency designs, builds and maintains software that does repetitive business work on its own: reading messages, moving data between systems, drafting replies and triggering the next step. Invisio Solutions builds these systems on the tools you already pay for, using AI only where a rule would not cope, and hands you the documentation so the automation is yours, not ours.
Lead capture and CRM sync
Every enquiry from your site, ads, email and phone lands in one place, qualified and tagged, with the follow-up already scheduled. No re-keying, no leads lost between tools.
Inbox and document handling
Invoices, contracts, applications and support emails are read, sorted, extracted and routed. The person who used to sort them now only sees the exceptions.
Customer replies and booking
First-response drafts, appointment booking, order updates and FAQ answers handled around the clock, with a human approving anything that carries risk.
Reporting that writes itself
Sales, marketing and operations numbers pulled from their sources every morning and delivered as a readable summary, not a spreadsheet someone has to build.

How an automation engagement runs
We do not start with the AI. We start with the process, because automating a broken process just makes it fail faster. Most first automations go live inside four to six weeks.
- 1
Map the work
We sit with the people doing the job and draw every step, hand-off and tool. You get the map whether or not you go further.
- 2
Pick what pays
Each step is scored on hours saved, error cost and how often it runs. The first build is the one with the shortest payback, not the most impressive demo.
- 3
Build on your stack
We connect the tools you already use through their supported APIs, add AI where judgment is needed, and keep a person in the loop for anything consequential.
- 4
Test with real cases
The automation runs beside the manual process on live data until it matches or beats the human result. Nothing switches over on trust.
- 5
Hand over and maintain
You receive documentation, access and a runbook. We monitor it, fix it when a tool changes its API, and add the next process when you are ready.

The processes that pay back fastest
In 2025, 78% of organizations reported using AI in at least one business function, according to the Stanford AI Index Report 2025 (up from 55% a year earlier). Most of that use is still one person and a chat window. The return comes when the AI sits inside a process that runs without being asked.
- 1
Sales follow-up
Enquiries answered in minutes, quotes drafted from your price list, no-shows chased automatically.
- 2
Client onboarding
Contracts, forms, welcome emails and project set-up triggered by one signature.
- 3
Invoicing and chasing
Invoices raised from delivered work, reminders sent on schedule, exceptions flagged to a person.
- 4
Support triage
Tickets classified, routine answers drafted, urgent ones escalated with the context attached.
- 5
Content operations
Briefs, first drafts, image resizing and scheduling handled by the system; people edit and approve.
- 6
Data hygiene
Duplicate records merged, fields normalized, missing data enriched before anyone reports on it.

We're probably not the right fit if…
- You want a chatbot on the site and nothing behind it
- The process changes every week and nobody owns it
- You need the automation to make decisions with no human review at all
- Your budget is for a one-off script rather than a maintained system
- You are hoping AI will fix a sales or product problem it cannot see
- You would rather buy a platform subscription than own the workflow
Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most before a project starts. Can't find what you're looking for?
Ask us directlyAn AI automation agency maps the repetitive work in a business, builds software that does it automatically using AI where a plain rule is not enough, and maintains that system as your tools change. Invisio Solutions does the mapping, the build, the testing against real cases and the ongoing support, and hands you the documentation so the automation is yours.
It depends on how many systems are involved and how much judgment the task needs. We scope each engagement after mapping the process and quote a fixed price for the first automation, with monthly maintenance priced separately and cancelable month to month. The mapping itself tells you the expected payback before you commit to the build.
The ones you already use. We connect systems through their supported APIs and use workflow platforms such as Make, Zapier and n8n where they fit, with custom code in Python or JavaScript where they do not. For the AI step we use models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google depending on the task, cost and data-handling requirements.
It replaces the parts of their day that did not need them. In practice the same people handle more clients, deal with the exceptions the system flags, and stop doing the re-keying that caused most of the errors. We design every workflow with a human approval step wherever a mistake would cost money or trust.
Most first builds go live in four to six weeks: one to two weeks to map and score the process, two to three to build and test beside the manual process, then a controlled switch-over. Multi-system workflows with approval chains take longer, and we tell you that at the mapping stage rather than after.
Each connection runs under its own credentials with the minimum access the task needs, every read and write is logged, and personal data is only sent to an AI model when the task requires it and the provider's terms allow it. For UK and EU clients we document the data flow so it can be added to your processing records.
Yes. Wiring AI into an existing product, site or internal tool is a separate service, described on our AI integration services page. Automation and integration often run as one project: the integration gives the model access to your data, the automation decides what it does with it.
Invisio Solutions is a UK agency near Guildford, working with US and UK businesses since 2018. Automation clients are typically five to fifty person service firms, clinics, professional practices, SaaS companies and ecommerce brands that already run several tools and want them to work as one.
