What the project delivered
We rebuilt and stabilized the website while migrating existing content, correcting incomplete sections, and resolving technical issues. At the client’s request, we also developed additional pages, redesigned the logo, and implemented new functionality, including secure login and registration, a client dashboard, and an appointment booking system.
How we tackled it
Invisio Solutions partnered with HWS Center to establish a strong digital foundation that reflects the quality and depth of care offered in-clinic.
Despite decades of clinical experience, HWS Center had no meaningful online presence. They initially engaged another development team to build their website, but after significant delays and dissatisfaction with progress, they approached Invisio Solutions to take over the project.
When we joined, a demo version of the site existed, but access to the backend was restricted, making a direct migration impossible. In addition, the demo contained unfinished pages, broken links, and structural issues that required resolution before launch.
SEO Report
Following launch, the website was fully optimized to achieve A-grade performance, and SEO improvements were implemented as part of the migration. By September 2023, HWS Center achieved first-page rankings for multiple target keywords, with over 30 keywords indexed on Google. The success of the project led to an extended ongoing partnership.
Inquiries are recorded in the practice's own form-submission dashboard. Since the engagement began, organic search has produced 398 qualified leads for HWS Center. That is a cumulative running total for the whole engagement to date, not a monthly figure and not a last-six-months figure.
HWS Center has achieved strong first-page visibility across key local mental health searches in New Jersey. High-intent keywords such as “Resistant Depression Treatment New Jersey” and “Depression Treatment Fort Lee NJ” are now ranking in Position #1, with additional core terms like TMS Therapy, Ketamine Infusion, and Treatment-Resistant Depression holding stable top-page positions. Overall, the rankings reflect steady growth in local authority and improved visibility for high-value treatment services.
