Following more than three months of preparation, including a full website rebuild, data migration, and campaign planning, the project delivered exceptional results. At its peak, sales increased by 10×, the website reached over 400,000 monthly visitors, and the mailing list grew to more than 30,000 newsletter subscribers, supported by influencer-driven promotion.
Alongside growth, we maintained responsibility for website security and customer support, managing high traffic volumes and responding to live operational issues to ensure a stable and reliable shopping experience throughout peak demand periods.
