Does every page work on a phone: no sideways scrolling, text you can read without zooming, buttons you can tap easily? 3. Is the domain name registered to you, and do you have the login? 4. Do you have, or can you get, the logins to the hosting and the website admin? 5. Is the website's software still getting security updates (for example, WordPress and its plugins update without breaking anything)? 6. Can the site do what the business needs now: show every service, take bookings or payments if you need them? 7. Does the homepage appear within a few seconds on your phone, on mobile data? 8. Does the first screen of the homepage say what you do and where? 9. On a phone, is there one obvious way to contact you without scrolling? 10. Is there proof on the homepage: reviews, photos of your own work, prices or named clients? Step 2.
