Turn a spreadsheet into an animated chart

Build a single HTML file that turns the data below into an animated bar chart I can screen-record and post as a vertical reel.

Data (first row is the header; first column is the label, the other columns are time periods):

Format: a 1080x1920 portrait canvas, scaled to fit the browser window. Title at the top: {YOUR TITLE}. Small source line at the bottom: {WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM}.

Layout: fill the frame. The rows share all the height between the period label and the source line, and the largest value in the whole dataset reaches about 80% of the width, so no big empty areas are left on a phone screen.
