Three cabins, miles apart.

Each one sits on its own stretch of land with its own path in. You will hear the burn, the wind and possibly a stag. You will not hear the neighbours.

Before you come

How remote is remote?

The A-frame and the treehouse have parking a few minutes' walk away. The bothy is a forty-minute walk on a good path, and we carry your bags in by quad on arrival day.

Is there phone signal?

Patchy at the A-frame, none at the bothy, one bar if you stand on the treehouse deck and lean left. Each cabin has an emergency landline.

What about midges?

June to August they are part of the experience. Every cabin has head nets, repellent and screened windows. Spring and autumn are almost midge-free.

Can we cancel?

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival, half after that. If the road closes for snow we move your dates for free.

The loch will still be there. Pick your dates when you are ready.
