Furniture that happens to be a loudspeaker.
The Flitch No. 7 is a two-way standmount, veneered from one log and measured pair by pair in Stroud.
Keep going.
We would rather show you.
Eight parts. Nothing bought in a box.
Your pair opens like a book.
A flitch is the stack of veneer leaves sliced from one log, kept in the order they were cut. We take two neighbouring leaves and fold them open, so your left speaker is the mirror of your right. No other pair has those two leaves.

Take it apart by ear.
Play the loop, then send it through one part at a time. The crossover hands over at 2.2 kHz, so the woofer and tweeter meet without either one noticing.
The music is synthesised in your browser, and the filters follow the No. 7's crossover. Laptop speakers will not show you the port.
Measured, then matched.
Every drive unit is swept before it goes in, and each pair is matched to within half a decibel. This is what you would get with yours, signed in pencil.
